Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Unless a product arrived damaged or defective, it should be unused, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories and documentation.
Start a return
- Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
- Open Your Orders and select the relevant Aesthifae item.
- Choose Return or Replace Items and follow the prompts.
- Use the provided label and return method.
Refund timing
After Amazon or the seller approves and receives the return, the refund is normally initiated within one to two business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us through Amazon as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs before returning the product.
Exceptions
Items returned incomplete, used beyond inspection or outside the eligible period may not qualify for a full refund. Amazon’s applicable marketplace return terms also apply.
