What is covered

The Aesthifae limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use within one year of the original Amazon purchase date.

What is not covered

Coverage does not include cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper storage, use contrary to the product guide or damage caused by accessories not supplied or approved for the device.

How to make a claim

  1. Open your Amazon order history and locate the Aesthifae purchase.
  2. Use Amazon’s seller messaging or customer service tools to contact us.
  3. Provide the order number, model, a clear description of the issue and photos or video if requested.
  4. Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions supplied by our support team.

Lifetime technical assistance

Technical assistance for setup, operation and care remains available beyond the one-year warranty period. This support does not extend the warranty or include free replacement after coverage expires.

Your legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may have additional rights under the consumer laws that apply where you live. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
